“She will love it”

Last week when I picked Kellan up from preschool, his teacher handed me a still wet painting (yes, wet paint – like I want wet paint in my car) that Kellan made for me. At the top, the teacher had written Kellan’s title for the piece, and a quote:
For My Mommy
Love, Kellan
“She will love it.”
Now that it’s dry, he’s right. I do love it. I even hung it up in my bedroom. That’s love for you.

That is the sweetest thing ever. I love hearing things like this, seeing what they do when they’re at school, and not with us. Seeing how they think of us, even when we’re not with them! SO SWEET! And? That painting is beautiful. So glad you hung it in your room! Awww!
