One of life’s simplest pleasures
November 12, 2009 by Shannon
Life with an almost three year old is all about intensity. Intense highs, intense lows. There is little to no in-between. And as frustrating as the fits and tantrums can be, the simple joys make it all worth it. Case in point: rolling down hills.
It’s a simple concept, really — just roll, roll, roll until you run out of hill. But the happiness this simple activity generates is simply priceless.
Oh, and it’s really funny to watch a kid stand up and try to walk after a good log roll.

Oh that’s cute! I remember rolling down the hill at my Nana’s house as a child myself, pure bliss
Very cute! And it’s so true - children at that age are totally all intensity - up up up happy happy happy, and then crash, tantrum time…
