Oh baby! She’s HERE!

Well friends, we have a new baby! Her name is Ella Cassidy and she was born at 7:15 pm on August 3 2010, weighing in at 8 lb. 7 oz. and measuring 21 inches.
We had to induce labor, which wasn’t my preference (my induction with Kellan was no walk in the park), but it was pretty clear that she wasn’t going to come out on her own. And as much as I love being pregnant, I couldn’t let her stay in there forever! Although it took me all day to get ready to start pushing, once I was ready it didn’t take long. I delivered in half the time I did the first time around. Phew!
We’re all happy, healthy and ready to begin life as a family of four. More pictures to come later…
