We had a really great parent/teacher conference this week with Kellan’s two preschool teachers. It’s nice to hear that some of the things that may drive you crazy as a parent are actually great developmental milestones. So in the spirit of encouraging Kellan’s developmental advances, I am trying to exercise a little more patience with his millions upon millions of questions.
Thank you Spring, for deciding to grace my lovely city with your presence. You sure have taken your sweet time getting here. I have a feeling you’re going to take off again before you decide to stick around for good, and if you are considering doing so, just know that I might slip into some sort of rain/cold-induced depression. Don’t let anyone fool you. The job of a WAHM, or work-at-home mom, is a tough one. I think you’d be hard pressed to find any other office situation where a worker has to retreat to a bedroom closet to “hide” to make a professional phone call.
So in spite of the chaos of this past week, some pretty cool stuff has happened. Humor me, won’t you, as I present you with a Top Ten list of sorts…
If there is one thing I never thought I’d do in the third trimester of my second pregnancy, it would be: move to a new house. And that is exactly what my husband and I are planning to do.
When you tell people you’re a blogger, you get a pretty standard slew of responses. First, there are those who act as if it’s the first time they’ve ever heard the word…
